Creativity, Connection, and Collective Celebration in Action Pepbox curated a large-scale, high-impact team experience for Silicon Labs at Golconda Resort, Hyderabad, bringing together 500+ participants for a day rooted in collaboration and shared expression. After weeks of thoughtful planning, the experience came alive through Big Collage, where 88 teams painted individual canvases that united into one powerful collective artwork, symbolising alignment, ownership, and a shared vision. The day flowed into interactive networking moments, a high-energy relay challenge, and a joyful dance workshop, each designed to break silos, spark connection, and elevate engagement. The atmosphere was vibrant, inclusive, and deeply human. The workshop reinforced a simple truth: when people are given space to create, move, and collaborate, culture strengthens and connections last well beyond the offsite.
