We recently had the joy of curating a tech-powered team-building workshop for the incredible IT & Tech team at one of India’s leading banks, and what unfolded was nothing short of dynamic. Designed and led by Harshit Desai, with the amazing support of Himanshu Wadhawankar, Atif Khan, Henin Joy, and Gautamyi Chougule, this wasn’t your typical sit-back-and-listen session. It was an interactive, high-energy experience focused on collaboration, creativity, and most importantly, human connection. The day began on a low-key note, with a room full of brilliant minds and cautious curiosity. But once the first activity rolled out, the transformation was almost immediate. Through a series of tech-inspired challenges and gamified team interactions, the space came alive. A harmonious music-based engagement workshop that brought together 85 enthusiastic participants from the Muthoot Finance team in Andheri for an unforgettable experience in team building, cultural immersion, and interactive engagement. Spearheaded by the ever-energetic UD and supported by the talented trio – Paras Rawat, Gopal Narkar, and Henin Joy – this session struck the perfect chord between fun engagement and team synergy. The experience blended melodies with mix of African percussion rhythms, short tribal chants, easy dance routines, and high-impact energisers to create a space of uninhibited expression and collaboration. It wasn’t just music – it was movement, expression, and connection. With every beat dropping harder than the last, participants were up on their feet learning easy African dance moves, syncing rhythms with their teammates, and breaking barriers through shared fun. Day 2 was a celebration of culture, joy, and pure movement. We traded our competitive caps for dancing shoes and dove into something beautiful: 🔥 A full-on Lezim Dance Workshop that turned even the shyest of us into stage-ready stars. 🎐 Followed by a Lezim workshop—a rhythmic explosion of Maharashtrian tradition, music, and group movement. 🪘 The air echoed with sticks clashing in sync, feet stomping the ground, and wide smiles all around. What started as an activity turned into a collective cultural celebration 🎉 Why It Mattered: Beyond the Laughter & Beats "They didn’t just celebrate.
